Experience the healing power of Ayurvedic massage – a traditional Indian therapy that uses warm, herbal-infused oils tailored to your body type. This deeply relaxing treatment supports overall balance and wellbeing by using gentle, flowing strokes along the body’s energy pathways.

Before your session, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire to help determine your dosha (your unique mind-body type). Most people have one dominant dosha, while some may have two or even all three in balance. Based on your results, we’ll choose a custom oil blend made from wild-grown Ayurvedic herbs to suit your needs.

Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.

If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.

To secure your booking, a 50% payment is required.

If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.

If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. This allows time for any necessary paperwork and ensures you get the full time to relax and enjoy your treatment.
