Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Please also inform us at time of booking if you are expecting, or trying to become pregnant. Expectant Mothers can safely have any maternity body treatment from the 14th week onwards, we are not permitted to carry out any treatments before the 14th week.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings, including online bookings, are subject to availability. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion.
A 50% payment is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations are charged at 50% if not cancelled within 24hours of your treatment time.
“No Shows” will be charged the full amount and required to pay full amount up front for any future appointments.
