Meet the Facilitator
Meet Phil Lacey
Sound Healer • Clinical Hypnotherapist • Energy Practitioner
Phil Lacey brings a rich blend of life experience, therapeutic insight, and spiritual wisdom to everything she offers. A Wexford native who spent years living and learning in the UK and US, Phil has travelled extensively—drawing from many cultures, belief systems, and healing traditions.
She is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP and EFT practitioner, and a gifted facilitator of deep transformation. Phil works with individuals to uncover and shift the root causes of emotional and energetic imbalances, guiding them toward clarity, balance, and well-being.
As a teacher and practitioner of the Rising Star and Prema Birthing healing systems, Phil also leads meditation classes (including Heartful and Japa Meditation), workshops, and her much-loved Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing sessions.
Phil’s creative soul shines through in her Mala making, which she shares in beautifully meditative workshops—blending intention, energy, and artistry. Grounded, intuitive, and endlessly curious, she continues to explore ancient teachings, always deepening her connection to the sacred.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.
To secure your booking, a 50% payment is required.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.
If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All yoga and meditation classes are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. While we do our best to keep to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. We recommend checking for updates before attending your class
