February Spring Awakening Yoga Retreat!

Please join me for a Cosy Weekend Retreat at the Beautiful Creacon Lodge Retreat Centre in Wexford.
This time of Year in the Celtic Calendar is Called Imbolc.
Imbolc is a Celtic festival beginning in February marking the start of spring, halfway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, symbolising new life, fertility and purification, dedicated to the goddess Brigid (later Saint Brigid) and celebrated with bonfires, feasts, making Brigid's Crosses, and spring cleaning. It signifies the first stirrings of growth and the return of longer days.
In this Retreat we will allow time for our creative energy to ignite for the year ahead. We will sit and meditate and do our yoga practices to relax and strengthen the body and listen to what wants to emerge for the year ahead. The yoga practices, a mix of Kundalini, Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga and meditation will assist the creative energy to flow in abundance!!
All practices will be optional. You can do as much or as little as you like.

What to bring:
Warm clothes (rain jacket, jumper, coat, scarf, socks, hat gloves, pjs, lots of layers), book, journal and pen, water bottle, yoga clothes or comfortable clothes.

Maggie Dunne - Simply Living Yoga

You can expect a warm and friendly welcome from Maggie who has been running retreats for 15 years.
Maggie has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience. She specialises in Mindfulness and Meditation. Her yoga is gentle but strengthening, with an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness. There is no pressure to do more or to push your body into anything, these classes are for you to tune into your own body’s needs and ability with an intention of relaxation and support within this opportunity to gently strengthen and align to your greatest self. This retreat is suitable for all abilities and levels. Be prepared to gently unwind, relax and enjoy some quiet time in meditation, knowing everything is an option you are welcome to do as much or as little as you like!
Cancellation Policy:
The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to two weeks prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.
