Prepare for a positive birth with this antenatal course that will boost your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth and parenting. A fun and informative course with small group of pregnant women and their partners ensuring everyone has time and attention to get questions answered and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood. This course is preparation for a positive birth.

Includes one year membership (worth €25) with your local Cuidiu branch providing support in parenthood.
