As the pace quickens in the run up to Christmas, this is an invitation to pause.

Join us for a two hour, nourishing experience designed for anyone feeling stretched, tired or overwhelmed. This session offers space to step out of the noise, reconnect with your body and breath, and be gently held through a deeply restorative practice.

Expect an immersive, holistic session facilitated with care and sensitivity, honouring the uniqueness of each person. This experience is open and accessible to all, with options and invitations offered throughout. No previous experience with breathwork is needed.

The session weaves together gentle movement, conscious connected breathwork, deep rest and nourishing food to support your nervous system at one of the busiest times of year.

 

About the facilitator
Niamh draws from a lineage of traditional Hatha Yoga alongside a science informed understanding of how breath impacts the physical body, nervous system and emotional wellbeing. She is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, health and nutrition coach and reiki practitioner. Her sessions blend education with embodied experience, creating a grounded, supportive space to explore breathwork safely and intentionally.

Trauma informed and choice led

This conscious connected breathwork session is guided through a trauma informed lens. You are always in control of your experience, with freedom to rest, modify or opt out at any time. The intention is not to push, but to remember the powerful tools you already carry within you.

 

Session flow

We will begin with a gentle, accessible movement practice to soften tension and bring awareness into the body. From here, we will move into a guided breathwork journey, supported by clear cues and plenty of choice.

This will be followed by an extended relaxation with immersive binaural soundscapes designed specifically for stress relief and deep rest. We will close the session by sharing nourishing food to support grounding and integration before stepping back into the festive season.

 

Important information

This session is not suitable for those with high blood pressure or for anyone past the first trimester of pregnancy.
