This wonderful retreat is an opportunity to explore creating art from the HeART. This is time to pause and relax, rebalance and reconnect with your creative flow. No experience needed, just the call to explore your own authentic creative flow. Karen is an experienced yoga teacher as well as an experienced art and design teacher. She has used her experience of both to explore intuitive art as a healing and relaxing tool to create this retreat.

Time to ground through meditation and connect to the HeART centre to create intuitive artwork.
Explore the art of visual communication as well as gentle yoga flow movements.
Relax, rebalance and reconnect with your own creative language.
Experiment with a variety of different mark making skills and art journal techniques.
Leave with an art journal describing a personal visual journey to the heart and feel relaxed, rebalanced and reconnected to your creative flow.

All art materials will be provided.

14:00 Free time with option to book in a treatment or take time to yourself
16:00 Back to the art room to explore trusting intuition and letting go
18:00 Two course dinner from the 'Food is Medicine' programme
20:00 Yoga Nidra

Meet you facilitator:

Karen Clancy, a curiously creative soul who explores yoga, mindfulness & intuitive visual art. She completed a degree in Interior & furniture design in 2008, followed by 4 years working in textiles before moving to the UK and as a full time art & design educator.  
On the side of this Karen began her Yoga journey in 2004 weaving in and out of different styles of yoga to suit that period of her life. Completing her 200YTT with Yoga London in 2017 she opened her own Well-being Studio in West London, teaching some Yoga & life drawing classes.  
After almost a decade of teaching art & Yoga separately, Karen is finally getting to combine art & yoga to develop this wonderful Creative Retreat.
No experience of Yoga or Art needed, just the call to explore, experiment and create from the heart for the heart.
