* Using your Mala beads, practice & discover the amazing benefits of Japa meditation.
 
Japa (Sanskrit) is the repetition of a mantra or affirmation using a Mala beads (a string of 108 beads plus a Meru bead)
The benefits of Japa meditation are many, it reduces stress and calms the mind, improves concentration and focus, neutralise negative thoughts & creates positive mood, To practice Japa is a meditation and it also brings us to a deeper state of meditation.

Meet  the Facilitator


Phil grew up in Wexford, moving to London after college and from there was fortunate to enjoy travelling, experiencing different cultures and belief systems. She also spent many years living in the UK and the US. 

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner, & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, Phil works with clients in transforming the cause of the issue presented. Sensitive and kind, she builds an easy rapport with clients - essential for trust and the integrity of the work. She is also a practitioner and teacher of the Rising Star Energy system and Prema Birthing modality. Phil facilitates classes - Heartful Meditation and Japa Meditation - as well as facilitating workshops.

With an innate curiosity about life and human behaviour, she is continually seeking to deepen her understanding by studying ancient teachings & philosophies.

Phil expresses herself creatively with Mala making (used for Japa Meditation) which has over time evolved into facilitating Mala making workshops, which are fun and meditative. She loves nature and walking, taking the time to quietly Be.
