A New Moon Women Circle is a wonderful way to gather, set intentions, and connect withlike-minded souls. Circle is a safe, emotionally protected space so please know that
whatever it is you arrive with on your mind and in your heart, it is welcome and held by us as
fellow women.

- Welcome and Introduction
- Grounding and Centering through guided meditation
- Sharing Circle - This is the heart of the gathering. Each person can share something that resonates with the New Moon theme—perhaps what they’re ready to release or intentions they want to manifest.
- Intention-Setting – in journal / affirmations
- Sacred Ritual or Symbolic Activity Candle Lighting/ crystal/ herb offering
- Closing and Gratitude Circle

Lisa is a mother of almost three, deeply rooted in the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the cycles that shape our lives. With a passion for traditional foods that nourish both body and soul, she embraces the art of connecting to the earth through simple, soulful practices.
Inspired by the power of the moon and the sacred cycles of women, she is committed to
creating spaces where women can come together, share, heal, and uplift one another.
Through her work, she seeks to inspire a deeper connection to our own inner wisdom and to the supportive power of the sisterhood that binds us all.
