With nearly 30 years of personal yoga practice and 19 years of teaching experience, I’m honoured to share the deeply restorative practice of Total Yoga Nidra. As a fully qualified Nidra facilitator, I offer dedicated weekly classes in the peaceful and nurturing environment of Creacon Wellness Retreat, just outside New Ross in Co. Wexford.

Yoga Nidra is a profound practice of conscious rest — a gateway to deep healing, inner insight, and true relaxation. For me, it has become both a personal refuge and a powerful offering to others. Sharing the gifts and wisdom of Total Yoga Nidra is a privilege I hold with deep respect and joy.

Whether you're seeking rest, renewal, or a deeper connection with yourself, I invite you to experience this transformative practice in a space where you are truly held.

Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.

If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.

To secure your booking, a 50% payment is required.

If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.

If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
