Meet Your Facilitator

Meet Zara Murphy
Chartered Physiotherapist • Pilates Instructor • Co-Owner of Physiotherapy New Ross

Zara Murphy is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with a passion for holistic health and movement. A graduate of the University of Bradford in 2010, Zara has gained international clinical experience in both New Zealand and Australia, working within public health systems to support a wide range of patients.

She has completed extensive postgraduate training in Neurology, Care of the Elderly, and Functional Sports Rehabilitation, and is also certified in Dry Needling. As a qualified Pilates instructor, Zara integrates movement-based therapy into her practice, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, back care, osteoarthritis, and post-operative or postnatal recovery.

Zara has worked with numerous athletes, including GAA teams and international-level competitors, bringing a strong foundation in sports performance and injury prevention.

With an honours BSc in Food Science from UCC, she takes a well-rounded, health-focused approach to rehabilitation, blending clinical expertise with lifestyle awareness to help clients move better, feel better, and thrive.

Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.

If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.

To secure your booking, a 50% payment is required.

If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.

If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All yoga and meditation classes are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. While we do our best to keep to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. We recommend checking for updates before attending your class
