In each session, you'll be guided through slow, low-impact movements inspired by nature and martial arts—designed to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and quiet the mind.
No experience is needed, and the practice is adaptable for all ages and levels of fitness, including those recovering from injury or surgery. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve posture and coordination, or simply move in a mindful way, this class offers long-term benefits that nourish both body and soul.

Jim brings a grounded, holistic approach to wellness with decades of experience in Yoga and Tai Chi, blending mindful movement with deep body awareness. As a certified Bowenwork practitioner and trained in McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release, he offers gentle, effective therapies to support the body’s natural healing abilities.
Whether you're attending one of his calming movement classes or receiving hands-on therapeutic work, Jim creates a space that nurtures balance, ease, and restoration—helping you feel more connected to your body and your breath.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.
If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All yoga and meditation classes are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. While we do our best to keep to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. We recommend checking for updates before attending your class
