We are really excited to team up with the fabulous team at Hot Yoga Studios Dundrum to bring their teacher training program to Creacon!
This training will run once a month from 11th January 2020 for 9 months. On completion of this course you will be a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher and qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes worldwide.

Take a journey with us through yoga philosophy, breath work, postures and relaxation and become a confident, competent and soulful yoga teacher.

On this program you will learn the principles and skills to teach breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation (yoga nidra) to individuals and large and small groups. You will become familiar with the anatomy of the body and how it works in yoga. At its heart, this program will uncover why we do yoga. Underpinning it all will be the study of ancient yoga philosophy to enable both teacher and their students to live more soulfully.

The program is very practical in nature. Students will commit to homework and home practice. It is designed to take students on a highly enjoyable and life-affirming journey.

The course will run one weekend a month over 9 months on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 8pm.
