Join Claire Dunniece, Senior Yoga Teacher for a truly nurturing and uplifting weekend as we salute the summer this August!
This retreat will be like a balancing tonic for the soul as we mindfully harness the abundant energy of the summer in our morning practices and use gentle nurturing techniques to soothe and replenish our Prana (life force) in the evenings. All the sessions are compassionately designed, taking cues from natures seasons, to bring about mind body balance and cultivate an appreciation for yoga as a way of living.
Over the weekend you will be completely taken care of as you immerse yourself in breath, movement and restful practices. The supportive and mindful pace of each session will leave you feeling energised and joyful.
Each yoga session will be filled with varying options and thoughtful sequencing that ensures it is attainable for everybody. So whether you are completely new to yoga, have an existing injury or are a seasoned yogi you will find the retreat nourishing, rewarding and will take home some new perspectives with you.
During your free time you can enjoy the tranquil surrounds of Creacon, get creative in the art studio, treat yourself to a massage or simply curl up undisturbed with a book.
Our welcoming retreat environment is one of community with a friendly group atmosphere so guests who are joining by themselves should not feel apprehensive. There will also be ample opportunity for individual time, private walks, silence etc so those who are coming for self reflection will not be disappointed.

The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.
