Heal your mind, body, and soul with this Ayurveda and Yoga half day retreat at Creacon Wellness.

This half-day retreat combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the
practice of Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Reiki energy to offer a truly nourishing,
authentic and relaxing experience. Through an Ayurvedic practitioner’s guidance, guided pranayama,
yoga and meditation sessions, you will learn how to help balance your body and mind and enhance
your overall well-being. This retreat is designed to leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and ready
to tackle the stresses of everyday life with renewed vitality.

 Advice on how to make some simple Ayurvedic recipes

About your facilitator

Róisín is a devoted Yoga and Pilates teacher with many years of full-time teaching experience in a wide range of community and studio settings. Her practice and teaching are deeply rooted in the tradition of Tantric Hatha Yoga, where movement, breath, and awareness come together as tools for transformation and inner awakening.
With over 500 hours of formal study in Hatha Yoga, along with specialized training in Trauma- Informed teaching, Yin Yoga and Reiki, Róisín brings both depth and sensitivity to her offerings. Her
classes are guided by a heartfelt intention to create nurturing, sacred spaces where people can soften, feel, and reconnect with their essence.
She runs monthly Rest & Restore events in Kilkenny, as well as regular classes, and Reiki energy healing.

Ciara, originally from South Kilkenny, is a dedicated Ayurvedic Practitioner and experienced Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and seven years of teaching experience. Her journey
into Ayurveda began in Kerala, India, where she completed her initial yoga teacher training and was introduced to traditional Ayurvedic treatments. Inspired by their transformative effects, she pursued
formal training to become a practitioner.
In February 2022, Ciara completed her first Ayurvedic Practitioner training at a government hospital in Kerala and was awarded a certificate from the STED Council, accredited by the Indian government.
Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge through additional Ayurvedic trainings and advanced study in related therapeutic techniques. Ciara has accumulated over 900 hours of certified yoga training in a range of disciplines, including
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. She integrates her extensive yoga background with her Ayurvedic expertise to offer a holistic and balanced approach to health and well-being.
In 2022, she opened her Ayurvedic treatment centre in Kilkenny City, where she offers personalized consultations and treatments. She also works from Creacon Wellness Retreat, contributing to their healing and wellness programs. Ciara teaches regular yoga classes in Kilkenny City and continues to support her community through both Ayurvedic and yogic practices.
