When women gather with an intention to hold, to listen, to co-create and empower, the possibilities for genuine transformation are limitless

Come and join us for a weekend of carefully planned soothing and gentle practices and activities to assist the transition through Samhain and into the inner landscape of winter. Plenty of time to rest, relax & unwind, share stories &  make connections in a circle of women.

  • Restful Nidra practices to connect with & honour the Ancestors.
  • Meditations to cultivate insight and intuition.
  • A supportive blend of Gentle Movement & Rest to create health and wellbeing.
  • Well Woman Yoni Shakti Yoga.
  • Ritual Work & sharing circles to prepare for the Inner Journey through Samhain & into the Winter months.

  • Art Session to get in the creative, intuitive flow.

Sharon is a qualified Yoga Teacher & Yoga Nidra Facilitator.  She has been on the path of yoga teaching, studying and practicing for 30 years.  She offers a a style of Hatha Yoga that embodies non violence, encouraging autonomy, self acceptance &  compassion in practice.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request.
In the event of no-show the booked night(s) and service(s) will be charged in full.
