Step into a calm, sacred space designed to guide you inward. This gentle class combines the soothing power of chanting with the stillness of meditation, helping you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Through the repetition of sacred sounds, words, or mantras, the mind begins to quiet. As you settle into meditation, you’ll be invited to turn inward — focusing on the breath, bodily sensations, or a chosen point of awareness — allowing peace to naturally arise.
This practice supports emotional clarity, spiritual connection, and a deeper sense of presence in everyday life.

Meet Reena Spicer
Yogi • Mom • Chronic Pain Warrior
Originally from Canada with ancestral roots in India, Reena brings a unique and heartfelt approach to her teaching. As a Holistic Nutritionist and long-time wellness advocate, she was always drawn to yoga but didn’t find her true connection to it until she moved to Ireland in search of a more wholesome, family-centered life.
Reena trained with the renowned Himalaya Yoga Valley, where she was deeply inspired by the authenticity and depth of traditional yogic philosophy. Her classes are gentle, supportive, and rooted in compassion — designed to meet each student where they are, whether they're managing chronic pain, recovering their energy, or simply seeking calm.
With a nurturing presence and a passion for helping others feel their best, Reena creates a space where healing, balance, and mindfulness come together.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions. Please let us know about any relevant health issues when you book.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, we are unable to offer treatments before then.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings (including online) are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.
To secure your booking, a 50% payment is required.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%.
If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All yoga and meditation classes are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. While we do our best to keep to the schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. We recommend checking for updates before attending your class.
