In this unique calming session you will design and create your own Mala. Learn about Japa and how to use your Mala for Japa Meditation.
Malas are used as a tool to help focus the mind on meditation whilst saying a mantra, prayer or positive affirmation. The practice of repeating a mantra using Mala is called Japa (which translates as ‘muttering’ in Sanskrit).
The benefits of Japa meditation are many, it reduces stress and calms the mind, improves concentration and focus, neutralise negative thoughts & creates positive mood, To practice Japa is a meditation and it also brings us to a deeper state of meditation.
