The Anxiety Relief -Mindfulness Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to learn practical and effective tools that will help you to soften and let go of that anxiety and rewire your brain for peace.
Using awareness of the present moment to gain access to resources you already have within to support you.
Anxiety often arises as a response to fear or a feeling of lack of control-you may not be able to change a situation, but you can mindfully change your response to it.
You can learn how to choose a productive way of dealing with anxiety without being overwhelmed!
Mindfulness gives you a choice in every moment to replace fear, frustration, stress and anxiety with compassion, concentration, emotional balance, and greater joy.
What You’ll Learn
Learn how to achieve a more loving, natural, and rejuvenating mental state through:
- mindful breathing
- emotional regulation
- mindful heartfulness
- mindful walking
This retreat also includes re-framing or other NLP techniques, used by highly successful people world-wide, and a deeply relaxing sound-healing session with Tibetan bowls session.

Using a range of mindful tools together with cognitive techniques we will experience how to:
- Create the space to allow calmness to overcome anxiety
- Regulate your emotions in order to have choice
- Become more aware of the anxiety triggers

11:00 – 11:30 Refreshment break
11:30 – 13:00 Mindful practices for anxiety (heart, body, emotions, and anchors)
13:00 – 14:30 Lunch and relax
14:30 – 16.30 Identify your anxiety triggers, reframing and affirmations. Tibetan bowl session
19:00 – 20:00 Optional guided meditation for relaxation
10:30 – 12:30 Techniques for mindful creativity and walking techniques. Developing a personal strategy for anxiety relief.
Optional Sunday lunch can be booked for 1pm
