In this Satsang style class, we are invited to share our wisdom and insights on the many diverse paths we may have chosen that have led us to a place of joy, connection, liberation, love and spiritual wisdom.
We will look at many different spiritual texts from the Upanishads, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, to works of John O’Donohue, Jack Kornfield & many more. If you have a particular book or piece of spiritual wisdom you would like to share that fosters connection, love and insight, please bring along.
Each gathering will include a short meditation, some breathing practices and time for contemplation and discussion.

This monthly class will be offered on a donation basis, and all proceeds will be donated to charity.
