During this uplifting and empowering retreat experience three difference forms of movement - QiGong, Tai Chi & 5 Tibetans Vitality Yoga, as well as gentle & easy stretching exercises which can be practiced daily.
We'll utilise EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - a simple yet very effective means of reducing stress, anxiety, etc - moving through and releasing what may be keeping us stuck, or limiting our potential.
And enjoy the many benefits of Japa Mala Meditation, anchoring positivity and leading to deeper understandings of ourselves.

MEET THE FACILITATORS
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner, & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, Phil works with clients in transforming the cause of the issue presented. Sensitive and kind, she builds an easy rapport with clients - essential for trust and the integrity of the work. She is also a practitioner and teacher of the Rising Star Energy system and Prema Birthing modality. Phil facilitates classes - Heartful Meditation and Japa Meditation - as well as facilitating workshops.
With an innate curiosity about life and human behaviour, she is continually seeking to deepen her understanding by studying ancient teachings & philosophies.
Phil expresses herself creatively with Mala making (used for Japa Meditation) which has over time evolved into facilitating Mala making workshops, which are fun and meditative. She loves nature and walking, taking the time to quietly Be.
James (Jim) Devereux, originally a Wexford man has lived in Europe and Brooklyn NY for

Jim believes fully the more we can do for ourselves, eat healthy, exercise, drink water,
breathe properly and gentle exercise the less dependent we are on doctors and prescription medicine.
