Join us for a beautiful journey of mindful meditation. This is group setting where we explore various meditation techniques to journey from an unconscious to a conscious way of being. The state of meditation is often described as a clear state of being. To varying degrees, each of us are on the way to this level of awareness, however it is much easier to achieve a space of calmness and peace in a group setting. The supportive nature of group meditations also offer each individual an opportunity to gain greater insight on a particular challenge or issue they want clarity on.
