Learn practical tools through meditation and mindfulness on how to relieve stress, anxiety, pain and to handle emotions that we label as negative. Each class is made up of guided meditations, visualizations and mindfulness practices, where gentle healing music will be played and practical tools will be given where you can apply them in every day life.
