Mindfulness for Daily Living

Each week we develop our expertise by taking a range of mindfulness practices which can be integrated into your daily living to make mindfulness part of our life. We practise breathing and hearing (with Tibetan bowls) mindfulness regularly and then vary other techniques such as mindful colouring, mindful seeing, body scanning, guided mindfulness visualisations, such as loving kindness and the Vipassana (for wellness).
Come join our inviting group dynamic as we relax, enjoy and share what we like or find challenging. You are welcome to drop in on any class.
