Morning Yin Yoga

Date: Mondays 8.30am - 9.30am
This therapeutic class incorporates a simple flowing sequence to warm up the body. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, pranayama, and deep relaxation
Suitable for all levels looking to reduce inflammation and chronic pain, for those who are recovering from Covid or Long Covid, and for those who simply want to nourish the nervous system through yoga.
Effects helps to get the body out of stress-mode, releases tension, calms the nervous system, restores equilibrium and balance.
Meet you facilitator:
Reena is a yogi, a mom and a chronic pain warrior. She is originally from Canada but has ancestral roots in India. As a Holistic Nutritionist, she was always drawn to a wellness regime that included yoga but was always a bit intimidated to join a big yoga studio in Vancouver as the teaching never felt very authentic. Reena moved to Ireland for a wholesome lifestyle and reconnect with her husband’s roots in order to grow as a family.
Reena completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Himalaya Yoga Valley and submerged herself in the teaching. She felt it was such a blessing to find a school that taught in such an authentic way and held true through and through to the core teachings of yogic philosophy.
Her teaching style is gentle and attentive, encouraging students to work to the best of their abilities ensuring that they receive the maximum health benefits and satisfaction from their practice.
