Cancellation Policy: All bookings, including online bookings, are subject to availability. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion.
A 50% payment is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations are charged at 50% if not cancelled within 24hours of your treatment time.
“No Shows” will be charged the full amount and required to pay full amount up front for any future appointments.
