Pregnancy Relax Stretch Breathe

This class combines a gentle yoga-based stretching with information about pregnancy and birth. The aim is to improve physical and emotional well being, provide information about birth and increase the likelihood of a positive birth experience. The groups are a mix of first-time expectant mothers and those who’ve previously given birth so there’s lots of sharing of wisdom and tips within the group.
The benefits of relaxation and gentle exercise during pregnancy are well known and these uniquely-designed classes are only provided by Antenatal Ireland Teachers in Ireland.
The classes offer a time-out from busy schedules, to relax and concentrate on yourself and your baby. Suitable from 14 weeks in pregnancy right up to birth, for complete beginners or those with some yoga experience.

This is a brilliant practice. It's a mix of yoga stretches, breathing exercises and birthing knowledge with lots of techniques. Germaine is qualified Antenatal Teacher, doula and has experience in complimentary practices. I love the fact i can access this from the comfort of my own home during pandemic. I feel calmer, empowered and reassured after every class. Germaine has a lovely set up on Creacon with two cameras which enables to see all postures in great detail.
