Join Claire Dunniece for a deeply nurturing & uplifting retreat designed to restore mind body balance and cultivate an appreciation for deep rest through gentle and restorative yoga practices and nourishing vegetarian food. 

Taking our cues from nature, this retreat will support the seasonal shift as we gently begin to emerge from winter hibernation and embrace the fresh new energy of spring.
Over the weekend you will be completely taken care of as you immerse yourself in breath, movement and restful practices. The supportive and mindful pace of each session will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised for a spring full of possibility.
Each yoga session will be filled with varying options and thoughtful sequencing that ensures it is attainable for everybody. So whether you are completely new to yoga, have an existing injury or are a seasoned yogi you will find the retreat nourishing, rewarding and will take home some new perspectives with you.
During your free time you can enjoy the tranquil surrounds of Creacon, get creative in the art studio, treat yourself to a massage or simply curl up undisturbed with a book.
Our welcoming retreat environment is one of community with a friendly group atmosphere so guests who are joining by themselves should not feel apprehensive.
There will also be ample opportunity for individual time, private walks, silence etc so those who are coming for self reflection will not be disappointed.

Meet Your Facilitator:

Claire Dunniece

Claire has been a devoted yoga practitioner for over 15 years. A qualified teacher since 2015, her biggest joy is to share yoga and deep rest as a path to more balanced and conscious living.
Claire is one of the few Certified Relax and Renew® Teacher’s in Ireland and studies regularly with her beloved teacher, Judith Hanson Lasater. She has also studied with Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Sally Parkes and Claire Osbourne.
Teaching regularly in Ballincollig, Cork and online, Claire’s students enjoy her calm and reassuring teaching style. She offers a compassionate and progressive approach which enables both beginners and experienced yogis of all ages to feel comfortable and welcome.

A highly experienced retreat leader, Claire has been holding retreats in Ireland and abroad for the past 7 years with many students returning year after year.

She often describes her teaching as , ‘Yoga for Life’ believing that when we practice with awareness and respect for the cycles and phases of life and nature, our yoga will truly allow us to live from a place of balance and ease.


Cancellation Policy

The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.
